# IT, Web, SEO and Software in Dubai

Fourteen services for Dubai businesses across office IT, connectivity, connected devices, websites, software and search, from the first cable to ongoing monthly support.

## Why choose us

### Fourteen services, but one team scoping the work around your actual office.

Office IT problems do not stay in one lane, slow Wi-Fi turns out to be cabling, a security gap turns out to be an account nobody closed. We staff across all fourteen areas instead of passing you between vendors, so your office IT in Dubai comes from one accountable team rather than five.

You will not need all of them at once. Most offices start with one or two, a network, a setup, a support plan, and add services, including website and software work, only when they are genuinely needed.

[New Office IT Setup](https://listonics.com/services/new-office-it-setup/) (Setup): Complete technology setup for a new office, network, workstations, printers, accounts and security, planned and delivered as one project.

[Network & Wi-Fi Installation](https://listonics.com/services/network-and-wifi/) (Network): Business Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls and access points, designed for your floor plan and the number of people on it.

[Cybersecurity Services](https://listonics.com/services/cybersecurity/) (Security): Firewall, multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection and secure remote access, the essentials that stop most attacks on small and mid-size offices.

[Managed IT Services & AMC](https://listonics.com/services/managed-it-support/) (Support): Remote and on-site IT support in Dubai, proactive 24/7 monitoring and monthly IT management under one predictable annual contract (IT AMC) with written response times.

[Office Relocation IT Services](https://listonics.com/services/office-it-relocation/) (Relocation): Office IT relocation in Dubai: your network, computers, phones and servers moved to the new premises over a weekend, with cabling and internet ready before you arrive.

[Structured Cabling](https://listonics.com/services/structured-cabling/) (Cabling): Structured cabling in Dubai: CAT6 / CAT6A data cabling, racks, patch panels and fibre, installed to standard, certified, labelled and documented for every desk and access point.

[Workplace IT Setup](https://listonics.com/services/workplace-it-setup/) (Workplace): Laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and user accounts, procured, configured and deployed so staff are productive on day one.

[Microsoft 365 Setup & Cloud](https://listonics.com/services/microsoft-365-and-cloud/) (Cloud): Microsoft 365 migration and setup for Dubai offices, email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint moved without downtime, secured with MFA and managed after go-live.

[NAS, Storage & Backup](https://listonics.com/services/nas-storage-and-backup/) (Backup): Business storage, automated backup and disaster recovery, so a failed drive, a stolen laptop or ransomware is an inconvenience, not a catastrophe.

[Custom Website Development](https://listonics.com/services/web-development/) (Web): Custom websites built around your business rather than a template, fast on a phone, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read them, and handed over with the code and hosting in your name.

[Custom CRM for Your Business](https://listonics.com/services/custom-crm/) (Software): A CRM built around how your business actually runs, your pipeline, your quotes, your job records, by the team that already manages your systems, accounts and data.

[SEO, AEO & GEO Services](https://listonics.com/services/seo/) (Growth): Search, answer and AI-citation optimisation for Dubai businesses, ranked in Google, quoted in featured answers, and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews.

[IoT & Connected Devices](https://listonics.com/services/iot/) (Devices): Cameras, access control, sensors and gateways installed on a network built for them, with the dashboards, integrations and firmware work handled by the same team.

[Starlink for Business & Satellite Internet](https://listonics.com/services/satellite-internet/) (Connectivity): Starlink and satellite connectivity surveyed, installed and integrated into your network as a genuine second path, for offices, remote sites and vessels.

## Which service do you need?

Fourteen services is more choice than most visitors want. In practice the right starting point is decided by one question: is this a move, a specific fault, or a nagging sense that the fundamentals are not right? Each leads somewhere different, and picking correctly saves a survey visit.

If none of the situations below matches, the honest answer is an [IT audit](https://listonics.com/it-audit-services-dubai/) first. It produces a written list of what is sound, what is a risk and what to fix in which order, at a fixed price, and you can take that document to any provider including ones that are not us.

- [**An internet line with nothing behind it, or a site with no fibre at all** Starlink surveyed and installed as a second path that shares no duct, riser or exchange with your primary line.](https://listonics.com/services/satellite-internet/)

- [**Cameras, sensors or door systems that have to work together** Devices on their own segmented network, with an alert path that reaches a person and the UAE registration accounted for.](https://listonics.com/services/iot/)

- [**Moving into a new office or fitting one out** Cabling, network, workstations, accounts and security delivered as one project, planned before the ceiling closes.](https://listonics.com/services/new-office-it-setup/)

- [**Wi-Fi that drops, or a network that slows down under load** Surveyed on the floor rather than designed from a plan, then rebuilt around how the space is actually used.](https://listonics.com/services/network-and-wifi/)

- [**Adding desks, or cabling that was never done properly** Certified cabling and a documented patch panel, so the next change is a ten-minute job rather than half a day of tracing.](https://listonics.com/services/structured-cabling/)

- [**A security worry, or a client questionnaire you cannot answer** Identity, email, devices and the perimeter brought to a public baseline, with the evidence written down.](https://listonics.com/services/cybersecurity/)

- [**Email and files in the wrong place, or a migration ahead** Tenant, licences, permissions and security set up properly, with the migration staged so a weekend carries the change.](https://listonics.com/services/microsoft-365-and-cloud/)

- [**No backup, or one nobody has ever restored from** A local copy for speed and an off-site copy ransomware cannot reach, with a restore tested monthly and the result recorded.](https://listonics.com/services/nas-storage-and-backup/)

- [**Relocating an office or a server** Sequenced so the new site works on the first morning, with the old site decommissioned rather than abandoned.](https://listonics.com/services/office-it-relocation/)

- [**New starters and leavers handled inconsistently** Laptops, accounts and access built from a checklist, so a joiner is ready on day one and a leaver loses access the same day.](https://listonics.com/services/workplace-it-setup/)

- [**Nobody to call when something breaks** A named engineer, monitoring and patching in the background, and response times written into the agreement.](https://listonics.com/services/managed-it-support/)

- [**A website that is slow, dated, or that nobody can edit** Rebuilt to load fast on a phone, with the code and hosting handed over in your own name.](https://listonics.com/services/web-development/)

- [**A spreadsheet that has quietly become the system** Replaced with a CRM built around your pipeline, with roles, permissions and an export you control.](https://listonics.com/services/custom-crm/)

- [**Invisible in Google, and absent from AI answers** Technical SEO, answer optimisation and AI-citation work, reported from your own Search Console.](https://listonics.com/services/seo/)

03

### Install

Cabling, network, workstations, accounts and security installed, tested and documented on site.

04

### Manage

Monitoring, helpdesk and monthly management under a support plan, or on-call support if you prefer.

## How the work is priced

Fixed-scope projects and a fixed monthly fee, with licences and hardware on their own lines.

Two things are priced separately, on every quote. Projects are one-off work quoted as a fixed scope after the free survey, and Listonics projects run from AED 2,500 to AED 30,000 depending on requirement. Support is a fixed monthly fee, per user for most offices and per device where shared equipment makes that fairer, with response times in the agreement rather than implied.

Licences and hardware are passed through at the vendor's published price and listed on their own lines. We do this because a single blended figure hides which part of a quote is our work and makes two quotes impossible to compare. The [IT support cost](https://listonics.com/it-support-cost-dubai/) guide explains what moves the monthly number, [managed IT services pricing](https://listonics.com/managed-it-services-pricing-dubai/) covers the four models providers in Dubai use, and [new office IT setup cost](https://listonics.com/new-office-it-setup-cost-dubai/) covers project work for a move.

Nothing ordinary becomes an extra. Password resets, new starters, leavers, file restores and the security questions staff should be asking sit inside a support agreement rather than being billed per request, because a helpdesk that charges for ordinary work stops being called and the problems accumulate quietly.

The survey itself is free and carries no obligation. If the visit concludes that your setup is sound and needs nothing, we will say so, and you keep the findings either way. We would rather lose a quote than sell an office equipment it does not need, because the offices that stay with us are the ones that were told the truth the first time.

## Questions about our services

### Which service should we start with?

If you are moving into a new office, start with New Office IT Setup, it includes cabling, network and workstations as one project. If you already have an office and something specific hurts, start there: slow Wi-Fi is Network & Wi-Fi, a security worry is Cybersecurity, and no proper backup is NAS Storage & Backup. If you are not sure what is wrong, an IT audit produces a written list before you spend anything.

### Can you do all of it, or will we still need other vendors?

We staff all fourteen areas with our own team, including the cabling and development work. Where a job needs a specialist trade, power, civil work, joinery in a fit-out, or extra capacity, we bring in partners we trust and stay accountable for the result. You work with a small, consistent team, so the person who scopes a job is usually the one who delivers it.

### Do you install equipment we have already bought?

Usually yes, provided it is business-grade and still supported. We will say plainly if something is consumer equipment that will not hold up in an office, or is old enough that installing it wastes the labour. Where kit is sound, reusing it is the cheaper answer and we will tell you so.

### Can you handle advanced cybersecurity, like a 24/7 SOC or a compliance audit?

We harden office IT to recognised baselines, including the CIS Critical Security Controls, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and UAE Cyber Security Council guidance, and run the firewalls, endpoint protection, backups and access control a normal office needs. For a round-the-clock security operations centre, managed detection and response, or a formal regulatory compliance audit, we work with specialist security partners and stay accountable for the office-IT side, rather than claiming to be a dedicated security firm.

### Do you work with offices outside Dubai?

Yes. Engineers attend on site across the UAE, including Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, and the 24/7 helpdesk covers all of it remotely. Outside Dubai, support is remote-first with scheduled visits, and both response times are written into the agreement rather than implied.

### Can you take over an existing setup installed by someone else?

Yes. We start with an audit and documentation of what is in place, fix the urgent gaps, and then support it. You get the records either way, so the work is not wasted even if you later move to another provider.

### What do we get at the end of a project?

Documentation you own: an asset list, a network diagram, the firewall rules with each rule's purpose, the backup configuration and the date of the last tested restore, and administrator credentials in a password manager rather than in one person's head. It is written so another provider could pick the office up without a discovery project.

### Who actually does the work?

Your installation and support is led by Listonics engineers, not sales staff. Where a job needs a specialist trade or extra hands, we use partners we trust and stay accountable for the outcome. Security work follows public baselines such as the CIS Critical Security Controls rather than our own opinion, so our reasoning can be checked.

### How is pricing structured?

Projects are quoted as a fixed scope after a free site survey, and run from AED 2,500 to AED 30,000 depending on requirement.Licences and hardware are passed through at the vendor's published price on their own lines, so you can see which part of a quote is our work.
